G.M. Maningas Construction, Inc. (GMMCI) is a duly organized firm, existing under the Philippine government laws with principal office at 33 Kayumanggi Street, Mandaluyong City. GMMCI, incorporated on February 1993, has an authorized capital stock of Five Hundred Million Pesos. Its principal purpose is to deliver high quality services in the construction and engineering industry. 

Its main activities are building and construction works such as commercial and industrial buildings, school buildings, roads and parks;

Telecommunication works such as, towers, cell sites, telecom and data buildings, outside plant, cable landing stations; Civil and Structural works; Electrical and Mechanical works; galvanized structural steel fabrication, Interior Fit-out Renovation.

Accredited by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) on June 1999, and approved as a member of the Philippine Constructor Association (PCA) in January 1998, GMMCI now holds a ‘AAA’ license category General Engineering. 

Now, GMMCI with its range of experience, technical capability, resources, and commitment to performance accepts the same challenge of providing its clients a wide range of services with high consideration to cost, quality, and delivery.
